The electronic weighing system in continuous flow Tolflux from Toledo do Brasil is a scale for continuous weighing of granular materials used for several applications, from the loading and unloading of grain in ships, trucks and wagons, even in industries that need control of the raw material flow used in the industrial process, serving both for weighing solid products (grains, soy bran, crystal sugar, VHP, rice, cashews, corn, wheat etc.) and for liquids (alcohol, honey, must, oil, etc.).

Operating Sequence

The product to be weighed must be transported through a conveyor belt, bucket elevator, screw, gravity or any other form of loading. It goes through the upper bucket, is weighed in the weighing bucket and unloaded in the lower bucket from where it will be extracted by a conveyor belt, bucket elevator, screw or any other suitable means of extraction.
