The Ensak electronic filing system by Toledo do Brasil features two baggers, Ensak I and Ensak II, to better meet the real needs of each customer, and due to their configuration and self-correction features, both provide reliable bagging, compensating for eventual variations in the characteristics of products and handling equipment.
In this case, Ensak I is suitable for bagging products with good fluidity and low density such as coffee, corn, hominy and the like, while Ensak II is more suitable for bagging products with a density greater than 0.75 t/m³, as in the case of crystal sugar, processed rice, seeds and extruded feed.
With relevant features and benefits, the Ensak I and II have a microprocessor unit equipped with a user-friendly graphical interface, being self-explanatory, guided by function keys and menus that allow easy programming and operation, its high resolution graphic display informs the operator of material flow in kg/s, number of bags/minute, error messages, totals and so on, all for a better programming of all operating parameters for up to 20 products, containing product name, quantity of material to be bagged, sequential and quantity of bags to be produced, all to streamline the operational process on a daily basis.
